Welcome to the Fantastic Fours!
The four year old classroom utilizes Zoo Phonics to teach your child the alphabet. After the first two weeks of school, your child is introduced to the characters in the Zoo Phonics world. They will laugh and sing along with our Zoo Phonics friends while learning their alphabet and phonics sounds! Emphasis is placed on social interaction and emotional growth. Children learn to follow a series of directions and to do so independently, where-by gaining the confidence they will need for Kindergarten.
Miss Deb has a B.S. in Elementary Education with an Early Childhood Endorsement from Central Michigan University. She also has a Masters in Special Education from Grand Valley State University.
Miss Jennifer came to the Learning Tree staff after employment at the Muskegon YMCA as a lead teacher in their day care and has been teaching in our program since 2000.
Miss Meredith attended Vassar College, where she earned her degree in both Psychology and Education.

Happy Graduation to our 4 year olds!
We wish all of our 4 year olds good luck as they move on to their next level of education. Whether it be the Young Fives class, or Kindergarten we just know that each and every one of them will have tremendous success!
